Atlantic Aviation Goes All-in on Electric at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport

Atlantic Aviation has further advanced Aspen/Pitkin County Airport’s (KASE) position at the forefront of sustainability and customer experience with the successful transition of nearly all of its ramp service vehicles to electric power. As part of its industry-leading commitment to sustainability, Atlantic Aviation has begun using battery-powered ground power units (GPUs) at ASE, which not only eliminate noise but also reduce greenhouse gas emissions at the airport by some 180 tons of carbon dioxide equivalents per year.

Four Atlantic Aviation FBOs Certified at NATA’s Highest Sustainability Standard
