Update to ACUKWIK iOS App Resolves Database Issue

The AC-U-KWIK iOS App development team released version 1.2.48 to the Apple App store on Aug. 27, 2018. The update resolves issues for users unable to gain access to the app because of a required database download. The update should be available to active AC-U-KWIK iOS app users in the Apple App store under the Update section. The update may also be accessed from the app details page in the app store.

After the update, users will need to re-login to the app and perform the data update and diagram update to use the app.

Tech Support Update: Site Migration Issues

Starting on Monday, the ACUKWIK.com and AirportData.com websites experienced intermittent outages and access issues for customers related to a move to a new environment. Both sites are now up and running, but some users may need to clear browser cache to access the site.

Tech Support Update: ACUKWIK.com Restored

On Thursday afternoon (2/22/2018), we saw intermittent outages on both Airportdata.com and ACUKWIK.com as the technology team was actively working to restore ACUKWIK.com to 100% content and functionality. That work paid off, as we are now pleased to report that all artwork components were back in play on the live site by late morning. At this point, we believe the site has been restored to full functionality.

Tech Support Update: IOS App Now Accessible

The ACUKWIK IOS mobile app is now successfully allowing users to log in when in Wifi mode. The load time is still slow for most users and that is an active bug that the ACUKWIK developers have been working to resolve.

Although we have recovered our AC-U-KWIK (partial) and AirportData.com (100%) websites, our iOS mobile app is still suffering from access issues related the hardware outage that occurred at our server hosting vendor last week.
