What should our FBO do with this update form?

Q: My FBO just received an FBO update form from you. We receive one every year. Why?

A: The update forms help make sure the most accurate information about your FBO reaches the 50,000 pilots who use AC-U-KWIK products.

Please review the information on the form. Add new information, and mark new amenities and services provided by your FBO. Cross out obsolete information. For example, if you now have an Arinc frequency, add it on the appropriate line. If you have changed fuel brands, cross out the previous brand, and mark the new one.

Then, return your form by the end of March. We will enter the changes in our database. Even if your update form is completely correct, please return it so we know.

Finally, if you happen to advertise with us, know that the FBO update form is only one step of a three-step update process. The update forms will be mailed at the end of February. Step Two is to sign and return the advertising revewal contract, which will be sent in March. The third step is to approve your ad artwork. You will receive more information about that soon as well.
