How Are Business Aviation Companies Doing in This Economy?

Q: AC-U-KWIK has a unique relationship with FBOs; airports; and catering, limousine, and charter companies in the aviation industry. What is AC-U-KWIK hearing from these companies about how their businesses are doing in this economy?

A: AC-U-KWIK does have a unique relationship with these business owners. During the past three months, we have been hearing that some companies are struggling to maintain their businesses with a steady loss in client traffic. They are looking to streamline the areas of their businesses as much as possible. Other companies have said they are down anywhere from five to 20 percent but still holding steady. A few have said they have actually increased business during this economy due to the geographic locations of their companies. Many are cautiously optimistic about the beginning of 2010 and what this means to their businesses.
