KCAC Aviation Welcomes John Shearer as Customer Liaison

KCAC Aviation is pleased to announce the addition of John Shearer as the company's new Customer Liaison.

In this role, Shearer serves as the primary point of contact for customers following the delivery of their aircraft, helping them navigate any maintenance and service needs while ensuring a seamless ownership experience.

Shearer brings extensive technical expertise and a customer-first approach to the position. He holds both Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) and Inspection Authorization (IA) certifications and began his aviation career in 2004 as an airframe mechanic in the U.S. Marine Corps. His experience with Skytech, Inc. and Pilatus Aircraft has provided him with a strong background in aircraft maintenance, technical support and customer service for both Pilatus and Piper aircraft.

As Customer Liaison, Shearer works closely with aircraft owners after delivery to coordinate maintenance visits, communicate service recommendations, answer questions and ensure every maintenance experience reflects the high level of service customers expect from KCAC Aviation.
