Cutter Aviation is pleased to announce the promotion of David Lohmeyer to the position of Director of Aircraft Services for Cutter Aviation Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). In this new role, Lohmeyer will lead both the Aircraft Maintenance & Service and Avionics departments at the location as well as sales support for the two departments.
