Business Jet's New Hangars Under Construction at Dallas Love Field

Construction in progress on Business Jet’s new hangars at Dallas Love Field.

Business Jet is well into construction of two new hangars at its Dallas Love Field (KDAL) location, as demand for aircraft services continues to rise in the region. Scheduled for completion in January 2026, this development brings Business Jet’s total footprint to 475,000 square feet of hangar and office space across 19 hangars and 2 executive terminals. The Fixed-Based Operator (FBO) expansion comes at a time of ongoing growth for the company, which recently dedicated two existing hangars to enhance its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) capabilities.

The new side-by-side hangars are designed with 28-foot hangar doors to easily accommodate the latest ultra-long-range aircraft, such as the Gulfstream G700 and Bombardier Global 7500. Each hangar is unique with one serving a single tenant in a build-to-suit space featuring custom designs and elevated lobby finishes. The other is designed to accommodate multiple tenants with seven individual office and shop spaces to meet customer needs. The hangars feature epoxy-coated floors, LED lighting, large format fans, radiant tube heating, electric vehicle (EV) chargers, and integrated utility pedestals with 208/480/115-amp power, water, and compressed air.

“This nearly 70,000 square foot project represents the latest in a multi-phased development plan designed to meet hangar and office space demand at Business Jet. Beyond this phase, we’re excited to have the capacity to build another 100,000 square feet at KDAL to support future operations,” said Chris Wright, Partner and CEO. “This expansion plan reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting discerning customers in all aspects of their aircraft operations.”

As business aviation shows no sign of slowing down, Business Jet is poised to accommodate aircraft owners and operators with the top-of-the-line facilities and customer service. For leasing inquiries or more information about the new hangars, please visit businessjet.com/contact us.
