ABS Jets MRO Implements Critical Chain Project Management

By implementing Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM), ABS Jets intends to significantly increase effectiveness and achieve sustainable performance of its maintenance processes.

The decision to implement CCPM principles was driven by the company’s continuous improvement philosophy. The results will directly impact several areas, from reducing workload and increasing efficiency of technical personnel, to improving task management and eliminating risk, all leading to one main goal — project lead time reduction.

ABS Jets is an internationally awarded business jet operator with bases at Prague and Bratislava airports. It provides services across the business aviation field, including aircraft maintenance, aircraft management, CAMO, ground handling, flight planning, charter and brokerage and travel management.
