Columbia Aviation Joins Avfuel Branded FBO Network

Avfuel welcomed Columbia Aviation at Columbia Metropolitan Airport (KCAE) of South Carolina to its network of branded FBOs this month.

In operation since 1982, the FBO is known for its experienced, accommodating staff and southern hospitality. Among its amenities and services are a pilot’s lounge, crew cars, conference room, flight planning room, a canteen, Wi-Fi, highly-trained line personnel, on-field customs and the best fuel price on the field (including avgas fuel specials on Saturdays and Sundays). As an Avfuel-branded FBO, Columbia Aviation also offers competitive prices with Avfuel Contract Fuel and loyalty rewards through AVTRIP—pilots can earn triple (6) AVTRIP Points per gallon through the end of June.

Just five miles from the city of Columbia and 8.5 miles from Williams-Brice Stadium, Columbia Aviation is flight departments’ preferred choice when flying to the city for business, leisure, or University of South Carolina sports and events. With runways up to 8,601 feet long, Columbia Aviation is prepared to handle the needs of aircraft up to a G650, and their passengers and crew in tow—in addition to holding the airport’s government fueling contract.
