West Star Aviation Receives ODA Approval

West Star Aviation is pleased to announce its Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) Procedures Manual (PM) Rev. C received FAA approval. West Star is now delegated to accept Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICAs). The ICA delegated acceptance authority will enable West Star to be in better control of Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) schedule.

As an FAA-designated ODA, West Star is authorized to perform as a representative of the FAA for issuing STCs to applicants that meet the criteria defined in the ODA procedures manual.

"We are very excited about this approval as we are continually working to increase our capabilities and relationship with the FAA. Our expert staff and proven maintenance record help us to continue to grow in terms of our relationships with OEMs, and the FAA," said Jeff Maszkiewicz, Director of Engineering, West Star Aviation.
