Pentastar Aviation Customer Service Ranked in the Top 5 Percent Among FBO Businesses

Pentastar Aviation has once more secured its designation of being rated among the top tier of fixed base operator (FBO) businesses in the Western Hemisphere, according to a recent survey result.

This recognition from the 2016 Survey of FBO Services conducted by Aviation International News (AIN) is bestowed upon Pentastar from the customers who, year after year, recognize the company’s world-class services and give them an outstanding vote of approval.

Unlike previous surveys, that used data applicable to the previous year only, the 2016 iteration used an aggregate of ranking data spanning December 2013 to the present to set the stage for the future Survey of FBO Services which will allow survey respondents to provide feedback on FBOs throughout the year, not just during a designated survey window. AIN believes “this new survey format provides both a more compelling way for business aircraft operators to make their preferences known and a more relevant assessment of service providers.”

The high rating of Pentastar Aviation continues to remain consistent with the company’s commitment to exceed the industry standards for both safety and service excellence.

“Our outstanding ranking is a reflection of our vision to deliver world class service,” said Greg Schmidt, President & CEO, Pentastar Aviation. “We continue to increase our market share on a highly competitive field and our commitment to deliver an industry-leading customer remains unwavering. This honor is a testament to our hardworking team.”
