Landmark Aviation Acquires TWC Aviation

Landmark Aviation through its charter and management subsidiary has acquired TWC Aviation. TWC is a private jet charter and aircraft management company with an extensive fleet and 17-year legacy. The companies will continue to operate under their respective brands as they begin the integration process.

“TWC Aviation has built an impressive reputation within the aviation industry,” Landmark Aviation President & CEO Dan Bucaro stated. “We look forward to merging these two great organizations into one.”

TWC Aviation manages a fleet of over 50 aircraft based at 25 locations across the United States with offices in San Jose, Los Angeles, Scottsdale and New York. This acquisition will enhance Landmark’s large body fleet with the addition of a Gulfstream G550, Global Express and nine Falcon 2000s. The company’s combined fleet will now be one of the largest globally.

“When coupled with our current aircraft offering, this expansion of our fleet will produce time and cost savings and increase charter options for all of our customers,” Landmark Aviation President of Aircraft Management & Charter Ben Murray said. “Our new customers will benefit through our growing FBO and MRO networks.”
