EEA Airventure Updates: Avfuel Welcomes Air Show Visitors, Aviation Greats

For the third year in a row Avfuel is creating smiles and easing the way for special guests of the Experimental Aircraft Association and its annual AirVenture. Based out of the AVCLUB hospitality center at the Jack Mark Hangar, the Avfuel team assists EAA staff, volunteers and special guests during the world’s largest nonprofit air show.

AVCLUB at the Jack Mark Hangar is to provide these special guests and supporters of the EAA with a comfortable hub for pre and post flight relaxation, ground transportation, refreshments and more.

This year the Avfuel team is going above and beyond - and venturing out into the main grounds to distribute sunscreen, earplugs, hats and bags at (unannounced) times and places. Look for the Avfuel team at this year’s AirVenture main grounds! Pilots who are AVTRIP members will be awarded AVTRIP points just for saying hello and posing for a picture.

“It’s our mission to do whatever we can to help make the EAA AirVenture a success. This event continues to grow every year, and Avfuel is proud to be able to make a contribution to its operation,” said Avfuel Director of Marketing Marci Ammerman.

Renovated by Avfuel in 2008, the AVCLUB at the Jack Mark Hangar has seen a wealth of aviation stars and special guests in just three years of operation -- guests like Carroll Shelby, Harrison Ford, Sean D. Tucker, Patty Wagstaff and many more.
