FAA Gives NBAA Guidance on New BARR Security Criteria

NBAA has published FAA guidance for an aircraft operator wishing to document a "certified security concern" to comply with the scaled back Block Aircraft Registration Request (BARR) program.

The FAA responded to questions posed by NBAA so that operators may attempt to suppress flight data in the event that the stricter criteria goes into effect before NBAA can mount a legal challenge to the changes.
