TWC Aviation to Acquire ACM Aviation

TWC Aviation, an international leader in private jet aviation, announced the execution of a binding purchase agreement to acquire ACM Aviation, an aircraft management and charter company with locations throughout the United States.

The announcement was made at NBAA 2010, the annual meeting and convention of the National Business Aviation Association. When the transaction closes by the end of this year, the combined company will have 22 operating bases and manage one of the largest fleets of aircraft throughout the U.S. as well as overseas.
