G.ops Supports 1000th Flight in 12 Months

G.ops announced its 1000th ops support on a French business airport flight since March 2008.

The flight was operated by FirstFlight on April 2 for a rock band's world tour.

"The aircraft, a state-of-the-art Gulfstream G500, departed from LFPT (Pontoise) to KCLE (Cleveland, Ohio) at 23:56, right after the Paris Downtown show," G.ops CEO Karim Berrandou said. "For this very special flight, we supervised the whole process of ground services requested.”

At G.ops' operational center at LFPG, every account representative strives to be "flexible to any kind of requests of our customers," which include aircraft management companies, operators and brokers," Berrandou said. The account team handles requests in English, Russian, Arabic or Spanish.
