Since Bolton Field opened in Columbus, Ohio, in 1969, several companies have provided FBO services there. But none established a true high-end corporate jet facility. At times, good customer service was nonexistent. Aircraft would land, pull up to the gate and be greeted by an empty passenger terminal.
