Vietnam Memorial Week at The Fargo Air Museum

The Fargo Air Museum, partnered with Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 941, is hosting Vietnam Memorial Week, from April 29 through May 5. Saturday, April 29  kicks off the week with an opening ceremony at 9:30 am. The Sunday, April 30 ceremony begins at 12 pm.

The opening ceremony will include:

  • keynote speaker Glenn Thoreson, F-4 flight surgeon and Vietnam veteran

  • the missing man ceremony

  • 21 gun salute

  • the presentation of colors and more.

The Sunday, April 30 ceremony will include:

  • keynote speaker Maynard Kaderlik, Vietnam veteran knowledgeable on Agent Orange and the PACT Act

  • live musical performance by the Red River Valley Veterans Concert Band, and more.

The Vietnam Memorial Wall, Canadian Vietnam Memorial Wall, various aircraft, and military vehicles are on display all week.

The week is free with donations, and no registration is required.
