Signature Flight Support, a BBA Aviation company, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Blue Heron Aviation Ltd. (“Blue Heron”) of the Turks and Caicos Islands to license Blue Heron’s new Fixed Base Operation, which is under construction at Providenciales International Airport (MBPV).
