The first indicators for 2023 promised a very positive year for Geneva Airpark. The final overall results have confirmed this growth trend, with figures clearly up, by more than 4.5%, 10% or even 56% depending on the activity, compared with 2022.

Between January and the end of September 2023, Geneva Airpark, based at LSGG, welcomed 121 aircraft under the Daily formula, 16 more than in 2022. The last time the infrastructure recorded a similar figure was back in 2015 for the whole year. Overall, for the year 2023 as a whole, Geneva Airpark anticipates an increase of 43% in Daily packages compared with the previous year.

Geneva Airpark’s latest major investment is the renovation of its hangar lighting system, which was completed in July 2023. Covering a total surface area of 10,000 sq meters, the lighting, comprising 153 main lights and 138 emergency lights, is now 100% LED. It is equipped with a control system to adjust the light intensity according to the needs of the activity and the brightness outside.

Geneva Airpark’s estimated upward trends in turnover, movements and hangar space at the end of 2022 have now been confirmed. With revenues for 2022 up 2.35% on 2019, Geneva Airpark has returned to growth after two years of business losses due to the pandemic.

Geneva Airpark, based at Geneva International Airport (LSGG), has reported encouraging results for 2022, projecting a significant rise in activity compared to the previous three years. From January to the end of November 2022, Geneva Airpark registered 2,309 aircraft arrivals/departures, projecting a total of 2,500 for the entire year. That number is up 15% from 2021, and more than 9% from 2019.
