Phillips 66 Aviation to “Rock the Runway” at 2026 Schedulers & Dispatchers
/Phillips 66® Aviation, one of the largest refiners in the United States and a major jet and avgas fuel supplier to general aviation, commercial and military aviation, is excited to continue its long-standing presence at the 2026 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference from March 24 – 26 at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
Set against Cleveland’s rich music legacy, Phillips 66® Aviation’s “Rock the Runway” theme will echo the sound and spirit of a city that helped shape rock and roll. Attendees will experience the energy and momentum of Cleveland while learning how Phillips 66® Aviation has supported flight departments with reliable fuel solutions and industry expertise for nearly a century.

At the Phillips 66® Aviation booth #239 and fuel row, visitors will have the opportunity to collect exclusive rock and roll-inspired vinyl records from each Phillips 66® branded FBO. After completing the “Rock the Runway” experience and collecting their records, participants will receive a Rock the Runway T-shirt or coasters and will be entered into additional prize drawings throughout the day, including a Kendra Scott necklace and Kendra Scott earrings. The excitement continues on Thursday, March 26, at 2:00 p.m., when one lucky winner wins a new Yves Saint Laurent clutch. During the Grand Prize Happy Hour on Thursday, March 26 at 2:30 p.m., Phillips 66® Aviation will also be giving away complimentary registration to the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in 2027.

On Wednesday, March 25, at 2:45 p.m. at booth #239, Phillips 66® Aviation will present its second annual Safe Sky Award to a deserving branded FBO that has set new standards in aviation fuel safety performance, innovation and leadership. Last year, Business Jet received the inaugural award for its commitment to fuel safety, demonstrated through the FBO’s use of advanced technology, comprehensive training programs for all technicians, and participation in safety forums. At the recognition ceremony, Phillips 66® Aviation will share remarks about the recipient and honor them with a distinguished recognition plaque, symbolizing their dedication to aviation fuel safety. A photo opportunity will follow the award ceremony to commemorate this momentous achievement.
