Phillips 66 Aviation Expands EPOS Solutions for Branded FBO Network

Phillips 66® Aviation, one of the largest refiners in the United States and a major jet and avgas fuel supplier to general aviation, commercial and military aviation, is expanding its electronic point of sale (EPOS) options for its FBO network. The company is introducing FBO Director, a new EPOS platform, and integrating Contract Fuel & Phillips 66® Aviation WingPoints® processing, providing FBOs with more flexibility and efficiency in managing their operations.

We’re continually evolving our services and platforms to help branded FBOs operate more efficiently,” said Ronald Sanchez, General Manager, Aviation, Phillips 66. “By expanding our EPOS options, we’re helping them streamline transactions and deliver personalized experiences that meet the needs of their FBO.”

 New Platform: FBO Director

Added to the Phillips 66® Aviation EPOS portfolio in 2025, FBO Director is a web-based platform that offers fuel inventory management, invoicing, reporting, and seamless integration with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics. Optional features include flight dispatch and work order management. The platform also supports Phillips 66® Aviation Contract Fuel program, providing FBOs with a comprehensive, integrated solution to manage their daily operations efficiently.

"Our goal is to provide Phillips 66® Branded FBOs the tools they need to operate smoothly and grow their business,” said John Nelson, Owner, FBO Director. “From supporting fuel programs to streamlining daily operations, it’s designed to help these FBOs deliver the best experience for their customers and teams.”

Expanded Capabilities Across Existing Systems

As part of ongoing efforts to provide FBOs with enhanced capabilities, Phillips 66® Aviation has expanded contract fuel processing to X1, Total FBO, and Total FBO NextGen EPOS platforms. This added benefit broadens available solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service for contract fuel customers. In addition to contract fuel processing, all three platforms also support the Phillips 66® Aviation WingPoints® Rewards program and the Phillips 66® Aviation Wings® Card.

With these expanded EPOS benefits, Phillips 66® Aviation provides its branded FBOs with the flexibility to choose the system that best supports their business, enhancing efficiency, adaptability, and service quality. This continued investment reflects the company’s commitment to driving innovation and supporting long-term success in the aviation industry.
