November Fuel Report: Prices Still Rising, but There Is Some Good News

The ACUKWIK U.S. Regional Fuel Pricing Report for November shows prices once again increased from the previous month, but the jumps were smaller, and one category actually saw a slight decrease.
October reporting saw jumps of 5.4 percent and 4.8 percent, respectively, for self-service and full-service Jet A. But November finds the national average price for self-service Jet A at $6.50 per gallon, an increase of 1.6%. Full-service Jet A averaged $8.16, a monthly increase of 3.8%.
For 100LL fuels, the national average for self-service rose to $6.71 from $6.66, a slight increase of 0.8%. And full-service 100LL customers saw a bit of relief, as average prices dropped from $7.81 to $7.75, a 0.8% decrease.
The November 2026 report expanded its coverage to 251 FBO locations after receiving information from 250 in October.
Jet A full-service prices rose in every region, with the Eastern region showing the largest jump, climbing from $7.96 to $8.75.
100LL-Full prices moved in mixed directions. Central, Eastern, Northwest Mountain, Southern, Southwest, and Western Pacific all saw slight decreases into October, while Great Lakes and New England saw small increases. The Central region showed the smallest overall movement, with Jet A Full up only slightly ($4.27 to $4.37) and 100LL-Full actually easing down ($4.24 to $4.10), reinforcing its position as the most price-stable region in the dataset.
The consistent upward trend in Jet A full-service pricing across all regions suggests a broad seasonal cost increase likely tied to early fall demand or distribution adjustments. In contrast, 100LL full-service pricing shows more regional variability, with several regions easing slightly even as Jet A climbed, indicating that piston fuel and turbine fuel markets are not moving in lockstep during this period.
