NBAA: 2026 White Plains Regional Forum Now Scheduled for May 20

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) announced that its 2026 White Plains Regional Forum has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 20, due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) runway construction at Westchester County Airport (KHPN)

The association’s May 20 White Plains Regional Forum will be held at KHPN, the same location as last year’s event.

The association has had to shift the date for the forum because of newly planned construction work on the airport’s primary runway during the second quarter of 2026. The Westchester County Airport Authority has informed NBAA that the construction work at KHPN will not be disruptive to the forum.

“We look forward to hosting what has become an essential event, bringing together aircraft, exhibitors, networking opportunities and important conversations with industry’s most knowledgeable professionals all in one place,” said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen.

“Our thanks to the airport officials who worked with NBAA to update our plans for the forum and ensure that it will proceed in a smooth and coordinated manner. We also look forward to continuing our longstanding relationship with the team at Million Air’s White Plains FBO facility, and we appreciate their flexibility in working with us to produce the forum on the event’s new date.”

NBAA’s Regional Forums convene thousands of attendees, hundreds of exhibitors, an aircraft showcase and a lineup of expert-led discussions about the industry’s hottest topics for a single-day event. Participants highly value the forums’ peerless opportunities for in-person networking, business planning and professional development.
