Euro Jet Opens Budapest Crew Office Ahead of 2026 Champions League Final

Euro Jet is pleased to announce the opening of a new crew office at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (LHBP), marking the 19th addition to its network of crew lounges and offices across Central and Eastern Europe. The new facility strengthens Euro Jet’s operational presence in Hungary and enhances ground services for crews in the country’s capital. Its opening comes as Euro Jet prepares to support increased flight activity ahead of the 2026 UEFA Champions League Final in Budapest on May 30, 2026.

The new Budapest crew office is located in the Terminal 1 building, across from the General Aviation Terminal. In line with other facilities across Euro Jet’s network, it offers a private space for crew to rest or work after arrival, before departure, or between flights. The office features comfortable seating, a fully equipped workstation, Wi-Fi, and a printer, along with snacks and beverages. A member of the Euro Jet team is available on-site to assist at any time, and the service is provided on a complimentary basis.

Euro Jet’s operations in Hungary are led by Country Manager Peter Pazurek, who oversees a team of Ground Service Coordinators based in Budapest, with colleagues also stationed in Debrecen and Heviz-Balaton. The team provides comprehensive ground support services, combining strong local expertise and close coordination with airport authorities to ensure efficient operations. They have a proven track record supporting high-profile events, as well as a wide range of flight types and passenger requirements.

The new crew office in Budapest further strengthens the team’s capabilities, providing dedicated space for crew support during peak periods. This will be particularly valuable in the lead-up to the 2026 UEFA Champions League Final. “Major events such as the Champions League Final bring a high level of operational complexity,” says Pazurek. “Our team is well prepared to support this demand, with up-to-date local insight, strong relationships across the airport community, and the experience needed to ensure seamless handling for our customers.”

With a busy period ahead, Euro Jet will exhibit at AERO Friedrichshafen in southern Germany from April 22-25. Members of the team will be available to meet customers and partners and provide further details on the new Budapest crew office, support for the Champions League Final, as well as Euro Jet’s services for the upcoming season, including operations along the Adriatic coast.
