Atlantic Aviation Adds Second FBO in the Caribbean (MBPV)

Atlantic Aviation has expanded its FBO footprint in the Caribbean sands with the closing of its acquisition of Blue Heron Aviation at Providenciales International Airport (MBPV) in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The purchase of Blue Heron’s facilities at MBPV expands Atlantic Aviation’s presence in the region, as it also serves business aviation clients in George Town (MWCR) and Cayman Brac (MWCB), Cayman Islands.

With the acquisition of Blue Heron Aviation at Providenciales International Airport (PLS) in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Atlantic Aviation has further expanded its local presence in resort islands, including six FBOs in the Hawaiian Islands.

The newly acquired base in Turks and Caicos offers Atlantic Aviation’s customers a wide range of services for aircraft, crews, and passengers – including fueling and ground handling, 12 acres of unobstructed ramp space, a 6,800 square foot terminal with office space and crew lounge, and an onsite conference room. For additional customer convenience, Immigration and Customs personnel are onsite at the FBO as well. Led by General Manager Roger Murphy, staff at the new facility are remaining in place following the acquisition – as the customer relationships and knowledge of the local area they bring are hallmarks of Atlantic Aviation’s commitment to offering the best FBO services in the industry.
