Elliott Aviation Expands Services and Adds Fourth Facility With Acquisition of The Maintenance Group

Elliott Aviation, a leader in business aviation services since 1936, has announced the acquisition of Atlanta-based MRO, The Maintenance Group. The Maintenance Group has been operating at the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (KPDK) in Atlanta, GA, for over 25 years.

The acquisition of The Maintenance Group adds the following additional airframe service capabilities to Elliott Aviation’s portfolio of qualifications: Gulfstream G550/G450/G-V/G-IV/G-III/G-280/G-200/G-150/G-100, Falcon 2000/50/50EX, and Bombardier Challenger 350/600/601/650. In addition to the aforementioned aircraft maintenance capabilities, Elliott Aviation’s current facilities in Moline (KMLI), Des Moines (KDSM), and Eden Prairie (KFCM) are authorized service facilities for Beechjet 400A/Hawker 400XP, Hawker, King Air, and Premier. Elliott Aviation's Moline location is also an authorized service center for Embraer Legacy 400/500, Phenom 100/300, and their Flying Cloud and Des Moines facilities are authorized for TBM. Additionally, they regularly utilize their approvals within their 145 repair station for Challenger 300/604/605, several Learjet models, and most models of Cessna Citation.

The Maintenance Group is equipped to handle major airframe inspections, structural repairs & modifications, wing corrosion repair, DAR import/export airworthiness approvals, STC installation & certification projects, and pre-purchase inspections. This adds an additional 40,000+ square feet to Elliott Aviation’s nationwide footprint.

Elliott Aviation has three additional locations, including Des Moines, IA, Minneapolis, MN, and their one-stop-shop headquarters in Moline, IL. They are also the parent company of the aircraft sales and brokerage brand, Elliott Jets, and the manufacturing brand Elliott Technologies.
