1) What sets your company apart from the competition?

The Ohio State University FBO offers great services and prices at a convenient central location. We are close to the Ohio State University main campus. We also have easy access to downtown Columbus and many North/Northwest suburbs.

2) How do you attract new customers?

Our FBO offers easy in-and-out access with a friendly staff. We are able to meet all of your needs both for your aircraft as well as any other concierge services you may require. We are in the process of designing a new state-of-the-art FBO.

3) What new features do you have at your location(s)?

We started Type-I and Type-IV De-icing Service three years ago. We have Enterprise Rental-A-Car onsite.

4) What services/amenities do you provide?

We are a full-service FBO including Type-I and Type-IV De-icing service.  All of our personnel are NATA Safety 1^st certified. We operate a FAA Part 145 Repair Station including an Authorized Cirrus Service Center and an Authorized Diamond Service Center.

5) When did your company start business?

We started in 1942.

6) How many people are on your staff?

We have around 100 people.

7) What is your location or locations?

We not only operate the only FBO on the field but operate the entire airport as well.  

8) What is the one thing you want pilots to know about your location?

It is our pleasure to serve our customers whether you are flying a Piper Cub or a Global Express. Customer service and safety are paramount in our industry and we are one of the best at both.

We have a restaurant, sleep rooms, courtesy cars, and a pilot lounge at the FBO to accommodate your needs while you visit us.
