Fargo Jet Center, Premier Jet Center & Weather Modification Inc. Announce New Leadership Team Members

 

Neil Brackin, Mike Clancy and Bruce A. Boe have joined Fargo Jet Center, Premier Jet Center and Weather Modification Inc. 

Neil Brackin has joined Fargo Jet Center (FJC) / Premier Jet Center (PJC) as vice president of flight operations to lead the flight operations division and business development in new markets.

Neil Brackin is an aviation industry leader with extensive experience in all aspects of aircraft operations. He most recently served as the Director of Air Transportation for General Mills in Minneapolis, was a member of the Aviation Directors Roundtable and has served on both Minnesota and National Business Aviation Associations. Brackin was recently nominated to represent US business aviation on the Safety Management Panel of the International Business Aviation Council.

“Neil brings a wealth of knowledge with his experience in flight operations that will elevate our team to a new level,” said Jim Sweeney, FJC President. “His leadership will play a critical part in the growth and success of our companies,” adds Sweeney.

In addition to being a professional pilot with over 9000 flight hours, he received his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Administration from the University of North Dakota and his Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Brackin will also serve as an interim general manager of the newly acquired Eden Prairie based Premier Jet Center.

 

Mike Clancy has been promoted to vice president of technical services for Fargo Jet Center and associated companies Weather Modification and Exclusive Aerospace LLC.

Mike Clancy has over 26 years of aviation maintenance experience and is an airframe and power plant technician. His new role will provide leadership and management to the growing technical services divisions of all Fargo jet Center and associated companies. Previously, Mike has served as director of maintenance for the companies.

“Mike’s wide range of expertise in technical services will provide a great foundation for our team and customers as we continue to grow our service offerings and departments across our companies,” says Sweeney.

 

 

Bruce A. Boe has been promoted to vice president of meteorology for Weather Modification Inc. (WMI).

Bruce Boe has worked with cloud physics, radar, and aircraft since 1974 and has logged hundreds of hours in aircraft studying thunderstorms and winter storms. Boe has been with WMI since 2001. Prior to joining WMI, he served for 12 years as the director of the North Dakota Atmospheric Resource Board. He has worked under the employ of the University of Wyoming, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and the State of Montana.

Boe’s technical papers have been published in the Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society, the Journal of Applied Meteorology, the Journal of Weather Modification, and Atmospheric Research. He has presented numerous papers at technical conferences.

Boe holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science and Meteorology from Montana State University and a Master of Science in Atmospheric Science from the University of Wyoming.
