“We are honored to be voted as a top FBO,” said Don Campion, Banyan’s President. “It is our vision to be recognized by our customers and vendors as a premier FBO and the results of the PRASE survey indicate that we are succeeding in this endeavor.” Campion said Banyan thanked everyone who voted for Banyan and that the company would continue to work to meet and exceed expectations.

In addition to the high FBO ranking, two of Banyan’s teammates were recognized as well. Banyan’s Eric Veal was selected as the #3 best line service technician. “I believe the vote for me in the PRASE survey was a vote for our entire line crew,” Veal said. “Located on 85 acres with one million square feet of hangar and office space and 450 base aircraft, our success in managing all the customers and aircraft is based on teamwork.”

Bruce Woodrell, Banyan’s Customer Service Representative, has been at Banyan for six years and was selected the #9 best customer support representative in the PRASE survey. Woodrell said his responsibility was to think ahead of the customer and meet expectations before being asked. “Being selected as a top-10 CSR in the country is truly an honor,” Woodrell said.
