ABSG Facilitates FBO Sale of Sittman Aircraft Company

John Enticknap, President and Founder of ABSG, handled the logistics of the sale which included an FBO terminal building, fuel farm and aircraft hangars and associated business contracts. Under a separate agreement, All About Planes, LLC, will lease the acquired FBO facilities to Aero Jackson, an FBO located at HKS.

“I’m pleased to have the honor of working with the management team at Sittman and All About Planes in helping them with this acquisition,” Enticknap said. “This will give Aero Jackson the opportunity to add on-field capacity which will help expand both their transient and base customer service offerings.”

According to Gene Davis, a partner with Sittman Aircraft, Aviation Business Strategies Group was selected to help facilitate the sale based on their FBO transaction experience.

“We wanted to appoint a strategic acquisition individual that could quickly and efficiently bring together all the various elements involved in the sale,” Davis said. “In ABSG, we found a consulting partner that could hit the ground running and effectively expedite the process.”

The principals of ABSG have been in the FBO operations and marketing business for more than 30 years. Enticknap was previously president of Mercury Air Centers and grew the FBO network from six to more than 20 locations.
