Million Air Welcomes Two New Managers

Million Air, one of the largest private aviation service companies in the world, added two new managers—a Marketing Manager and a General Manager—to their staff recently.

Ashley Anderson is joining Million Air Interlink as their new Marketing Manager. Ashley comes from Million Air San Bernardino, where she served as Concierge and Event Planning Manager beginning in the summer of 2010. Prior to that she was an active duty Air Force officer and spent four years stationed at Beale Air Force Base in Northern California. During her time there, Ashley was the head of the Public Affairs office, editor of the base newspaper and also led the base commander’s Protocol office as the lead military etiquette advisor to the General. She left the Air Force in 2010 after achieving the rank of Captain. Ashley graduated with a double major in Communications and Theater from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame and remains a loyal Fighting Irish fan!   

Ashley’s combined experience in public affairs, community relations and coordinated planning coupled with her management experience and military background, makes her a valuable addition to the Million Air Interlink team. 

Million Air also announced that Major Peter Mastroianni, U.S.A.F. (Ret) will be the new General Manager of Million Air Fayetteville.  “His proven leadership skills and vast military experience will allow Fayetteville to continue to strengthen their general aviation partnerships while focusing on expanding and developing new relationships with our government military branches,” said Jeffrey Stout, Executive Vice President of FBO Business Development and Operations for Million Air. 

Mastroianni recently completed a 22-year career with the Air Force before joining Million Air and the REW group of companies senior leadership team.  He has served as a navigator and instructor in T-43A and KC-135R aircraft, Contingency Response Element Commander/Operation Officer Instructor/Evaluator, Deputy Chief, AMC Mobile Command and Control Operations Branch, Chief, Tanker Airlift Control Element Operations (Mobile Airfield Operations), Scott Air Force Base and Chief, USAFE Mobility and Airlift Training and Operations – KC-135, C-130, DV Airlift, US Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein Air Base Germany.  His last assignment in the Air Force was as Chief, Standardization and Evaluation, 621 Contingency Response Wing, Joint Base-McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst, where he was responsible for the wing readiness of 705 airmen.  He oversaw the training and readiness for aerial port, maintenance, and command and control of personnel and equipment valued at $45 million.

Pete holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Studies and a Masters of Aeronautical Science degree in Aviation/Aerospace Operations and Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL.  When not absorbed in aviation, Pete spends his time and energy with his wife Bernadette and son, Mark with whom he shares his love of scuba diving.
