We have the most knowledgable trip support team in Latin America. We are the only company with local expertise in Latin America that truly understands all the details to have a successful trip on a challenging region.

2) How do you attract new customers?
We have an excellent sales team, and we have a dedicated customer service department that provides feedback that helps us keep our customers happy, and word-of-mouth from happy customers is always important in attracting new customers.

3) What new features do you have at your location(s)?
We are always trying to improve our services, and this year we are expanding our offices in Cabo San Lucas to provide better service to our incoming customers in Cabo.

4) What services/amenities do you provide?
We provide trip support services in Mexico and Latin America. This includes ground handling, fuel, permit procurement, overflight permits, flight planning, slot coordination and transportation.

5) When did your company start business?
We started on Jan. 12, 1988.

6) How many people are on staff?
We currently have more than 40 people.

7) What is your location or locations?
The corporate office is in Monterrey, Mexico, and we have regional offices in Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Toluca, Mexico City, San Jose, Costa Rica and Havana, Cuba.
