Geneva Airpark: 100 % Success Rate for Its Operations

Through the quality of its operations and services, Geneva Airpark showed in 2013 a 100 % success rate on departure schedules required by crews and a 10 % increase in short-term clients.

Geneva Airpark optimises its operations and services compared to 2012

Operating on Geneva International Airport since 2009, Geneva Airpark recorded good indicators in 2013, that reflect the satisfaction of both its year-long registered and short term clients, through constant improvements of its offers and services. 
 
 • Quality of operations: 100 % of departures carried out within time limits thanks to the number of tugs available, the round-the-clock work schedule of the Geneva Airpark staff and the close collaboration with the airport authorities
 
 • Daily and medium-term: + 10 % of clients, representing around 100 aircraft, through the optimization of its planning and surface management tools
 
 • Occupation rate: + 5 % of the surface 
 
 • Services: + 20 % of services treated directly in the hangar 
 
 • Client loyalty: since 2009 all year-long clients have renewed their confidence to Geneva Airpark and 50 % of short-term clients returning to Geneva, call on its services.
 
Geneva Airpark in a few figures
Geneva Airpark has recorded 4,500 annual movements since 2012; accommodates 30 aircraft with a yearly contract and on average 18 aircraft daily; a peak of 26 aircraft in one day was reached in 2013. 

Geneva Airpark has asserted itself as a privileged regular or occasional accommodation solution for business aviation, facing the frequent constraints on Geneva International Airport.
