Capital City Jet Center Stresses Customer Service in Columbus

Since Bolton Field opened in Columbus, Ohio, in 1969, several companies have provided FBO services there. But none established a true high-end corporate jet facility. At times, good customer service was nonexistent. Aircraft would land, pull up to the gate and be greeted by an empty passenger terminal. The flight crews would be left to wander around the airport looking for line service, only to be told, “Sorry, we’re out of fuel.” Those days have changed.
