Q: What are these mailings/e-mails from AC-U-KWIK?

A: Over the next couple of months, FBOs and aviation service providers will be receiving mailings and e-mails from AC-U-KWIK containing important information about your company listing and advertising options.

FBO update form
In the next few weeks, the AC-U-KWIK editorial staff will be sending out update forms to give your business the opportunity to update your information. Advertising contract
In mid- to late March, you should be receiving an AC-U-KWIK advertising package in the mail with the opportunity to renew or enhance your current advertising with AC-U-KWIK. Artwork submission
Shortly after you receive your advertising contract, our production staff will contact you either to create an ad or approve your existing artwork for inclusion in our print directories and/or acukwik.com. Questions? Contact Julie Jantzer-Ward at ads@acukwik.com or 1-913-967-1907.

Each of these communications is vital to maintain your business listing in our directories and on acukwik.com.

Q: When will the Winter-Spring 2010 release of NAVPAK with 2010 AC-U-KWIK data be available?

A: NAVPAK version 21.0, both 32-bit and 64-bit compatible CDs, will be released in early February. Order here.

Q: Is it too late to add my business to the 2010 AC-U-KWIK directories? If so, what are my options?

A: The 2010 directories have printed and will be in our warehouse on December 21. Getting your listing and/or advertising in these issues is no longer an option. If you have a new FBO or changes to your information such as phone number, hours of operation or services you provide, please let us know. We will send you an FBO update form to complete. Once we have received the form from you, we will upload the data into our system and publish it on acukwik.com within a week or two. Also, you will then be in our data that we license to clients.

For any aviation services, if you would like to reserve your advertising in either the 2010-2011 Manager’s World Edition or the 2011 Directory, we will get you on our website and in our data now.  We also have many online advertising options that are perfect for both FBOs and aviation services. The 2010 AC-U-KWIK North American and International Airport/FBO directories are printing this month. Once the books are bound and delivered to our warehouse, we will begin sending out orders late in December. You should receive your directories at the end of December or in the early part of January.

Q: Will you include my FBO's listing and ad even though the FBO opens after your deadline?

A: Yes, we will try. We begin laying out our North American and international airport/FBO directories in the fall, though they do not come out until late December or early January. If you can provide an ad before our fall deadline, then we can reserve space and include it. Listings are easier to add after the deadline, but send us the information as soon as possible. Finally, when we know your FBO's opening date, we can include your listing on acukwik.com as well.
