Everything Is Awesome in Turkish Airlines’ Safety Video

Earlier this month, a hip new in-flight safety video hit the internet like a ton of bricks.

Lego bricks and minifigures tell Turkish Airlines passengers how to stow their carry-on bags, adjust their oxygen masks and evacuate.

This video is the latest in what appears to be a friendly, and trendy, competition. Which airline can produce the cutest, most clever, most memorable method of conveying mandatory civil aviation regulations?

Our colleague Karen Walker at Air Transport World compares it to other safety videos. Although she thinks simple safety briefings are better, especially for business travelers, the Lego video and the others she mentions are worth a watch.

What do you think?

And if your flight department made a safety briefing video, what would be your theme? Who would you cast?
