Tech Support Update: IOS Mobile Data Update

In the aftermath of the server failure that our company experienced on February 12, 2018, the website that provides data updates for the AC-U-KWIK IOS mobile app is still not functioning. As far as we can tell, any user that didn’t do the January data update is being asked by the app to load the data. However, the site is not available to load the data. This generates an error message for the user and the user is not allowed to access the app. We are pressing our technology team to resolve and/or offer a work-around.

Other Known AC-U-KWIK Digital Product Issues:

 

  • The IOS mobile app is still slow to load for users that can use the app. Users can get better results by putting your device into airplane mode before starting the app. However, that is strictly a workaround and our technology team is working on a solution for better "connected" load times.
  • ACUKWIK.com has several bugs around advanced search. These have been reported and are being addressed.
