Geneva Airpark Handles Demands of Second Busiest Business Aviation Airport in Europe

With a marked increase in services and a rise in turnover in 2014, Geneva Airpark has established itself as an ideal global solution for private and business aircraft.

It is in line with both the needs of its clients and those of Geneva International Airport, ranked just behind Paris-Le Bourget as the second busiest airport for business aviation in Europe by average number of daily flights, according to EBAA/Eurocontrol.

Since making its infrastructure available to host business jets in 2009 and regular additions to its range of services since 2012, Geneva Airpark has experienced a constant evolution in its activities.

In 2014, Geneva Airpark recorded a marked success in its services business: a 40 percent rise in services associated to occasional hosting and an 8 percent growth in services for annual contracted aircraft.

There was also a 25 percent rise in accommodation for occasional contracts, representing 124 different aircraft sheltered throughout the year and 600 days of covered parking.

Overall, in the past year, alongside the 30 year-long clients renewing their contracts, Geneva Airpark has secured the loyalty of its active clients, attracted around 40 new ones and managed 4500 annual movements.
