Epps Aviation Lease Extended Until 2040

Epps Aviation, an independent full-service FBO at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) in Atlanta, is pleased to announce that its lease with DeKalb County has renewed until March 31, 2040. With this 25 year extension, Epps Aviation can now begin building a new avionics installation facility.

“This lease is a testament to the success of Epps Aviation for the last 50 years.  Not only do we have the support of the DeKalb County government but more importantly the support of our customers and the community,” states original Founder and President, Pat Epps. “Our reinvestment program for the Service Center will create a modern and unique work environment for our employees that effectively addresses the needs of our customers.  Presently, general aviation is good and PDK is the place to be.”

Founded in 1965 by Pat Epps, Epps Aviation spans 21 acres at PDK Airport.  Epps offers complete aviation services including Shell branded fuel, 10 charter and managed aircraft, maintenance, avionics, nondestructive testing, aircraft sales and service. As Atlanta’s largest FBO, Epps employs more than 140 personnel and boasts eight hangars and multiple T-hangars for their nearly 100 based aircraft customers. Epps services approximately 1,000 additional independent aircraft per month.
