NBAA Announces New Digital Edition Of Business Aviation Insider

Starting with the current January/February 2013 issue, all NBAA Member employees will have full access to all digital issues in addition to the traditional option for printed subscriptions.

Since its launch in 2006, Business Aviation Insider serves companies that rely on general aviation aircraft to help make their businesses more efficient, productive and successful. Each issue provides in-depth analysis on timely issues, tips for owners, operators and flight departments, and resources for companies and operators representing various segments of the industry. Each issue also includes a profile and compelling photos of a featured Member Company, highlighting the breadth and diversity of the business aviation industry worldwide.

"This new digital edition adds value to a publication that is already rated highly by our NBAA Members," said NBAA Senior Vice President, Communications Dan Hubbard. "With the launch of our digital edition, NBAA is making it easier than ever before for Members to view and access Business Aviation Insider, whether on the road, at the home office or elsewhere.

"The new digital edition will provide added convenience and interactive features for an audience that has already embraced the latest tablet technology for use in their flight operations."

Business Aviation Insider's digital edition, which is tailor-made for use on either a desktop computer or nearly any mobile device, provides a replica of the printed edition with added functionality, including the ability to embed audio, video, slide shows and other multimedia features. Users have the ability to zoom in and enlarge pages, download copies for later offline viewing and share articles via social media sites.

With the new digital edition, each bimonthly issue of Business Aviation Insider will be delivered directly to the email inboxes of NBAA Members, who will be able to view each edition using a web browser on a desktop computer or tablet device. A mobile app version of the publication is slated for release later this month for iPhones, iPads and Android users.

Whether accessed in print or digital formats, Business Aviation Insider is provided entirely free of charge as a benefit of NBAA membership, and only NBAA Members have access to full versions of this publication. Non-Members of NBAA have access to a limited number of pages before being prompted to log in to view full issues. For access to full issues, non-Members may join NBAA at www.nbaa.org/join/insider.
