ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Aviation division, based at Cape Town International Airport.

Purpose of the Job

The main objective of the position is to perform and oversee daily operational and administrative duties, to ensure a safe, efficient and enjoyable customer experience to pilots and FBO clients alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising an exceptional client experience in all aspects of work in accordance with company standards, achieving and maintaining the highest level of customer service standards at all times and by all members of the FBO team
  • Safely and efficiently conducting, directing and overseeing handling, cleaning, refuelling or any other related operation/s on a variety of aircraft as required, whilst adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
  • Directing aircraft towing activities as required and ensuring that routine and ad hoc apron foreign object inspections are undertaken
  • Overseeing and directing all elements of aircraft and passenger handling including all standard and ad-hoc client services requested, with the ultimate focus on delivering world-class customer service
  • Administration – check and receive third party invoices and generate invoices if required
  • Rostering of duty staff and management of overtime
  • Supervisor to a team of staff
  • Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

Requirements
Educational
  • Matric/Grade 12 or similar
  • Training in Aviation Services
  • Training in Airside Induction
  • AVOP Training
  • Dangerous Goods Training
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Flightware proficient (preferable) 

Experience
  • 3 Years’ business aviation experience
  • 2 Years’ experience in mid-level operations position
  • 2 Years’ experience in managing teams

Additional Requirements
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transport
