Execujet Africa | Receptionist & Ground Hostess

ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Operations Division, based at Cape Town International Airport, South Africa.

The main objective of the position is to make sure the reception and lounge area runs smoothly at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that the reception area runs smoothly
  • Assist with bookings of vehicles and boardrooms
  • See that secretarial responsibilities are carried out effectively
  • Meet and greet of VIP’s and Crew
  • Assisting with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 1 – 3 Years’ experience as a receptionist

Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook)
  • Receptionist training course (added advantage)
  • Proficiency in English language essential

Additional Requirements

  • Driver’s License (Code 8) & own reliable transport
