Execujet Middle-East | FBO ONE – Key User, Execujet Network

ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Group FBO department, base to be determined.

The main objective of the position is to provide support for the users of FBO One application.


  • To provide on-demand support for FBO One related issues to FBO One Users across the ExecuJet Network
  • Assistance to FBO One Users in the setup and maintenance of Products, Pricing, Templates, User Accounts in FBO One
  • To coordinate and execute comprehensive testing of new version releases of FBO One before authorisation of Live updates across the ExecuJet network
  • To act as a the primary point of contact for FBO One Users requiring system support
  • To liaise, where necessary, with the Amsterdam Software support team on behalf of ExecuJet FBO One users. This may include troubleshooting of FBO One issues, reporting of errors occurring in the system, additional requests for support/guidance or requests for new development (or similar).
  • Creation and/or updates of Excel/other based reports. These typically include Operational documents such as Gendecs, Custom/Immigration documents, Daily reports (such as schedules for flights, transports, catering etc.) and Managerial reports such as KPI, Revenue and statistical reports
  • Manage and/or Assistance in Setup and Training where necessary of new FBO Locations in FBO One.
  • Creation and maintenance of FBO One in-house user manuals per location
  • Business data management including assistance in establishing and maintaining a CRM system
  • Hands-on management of FBO One rollout in key locations.



  • Experience working with FBO One is preferable.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, report generation)
  • Knowledge and experience within the FBO industry would also be of benefit.
  • Willing to travel where new location setup/training may be required.
  • Willing to provide support to Users out of hours where urgent assistance is required.
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Able to work independently and on a strict deadline
  • Well organized, efficient and alert
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages would be advantageous
  • Flexible, proactive with high level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge or SQL server report builder would be beneficial but not crucial
  • Basic SQL would be an added benefit but not crucial.
